Duration per unit for each visit

This value represents the time required by the resource to deliver or collect one unit of product during a customer visit. The entered time is multiplied by the Quantity 1 value of the visit. This constraint applies only to the Quantity 1 constraint and does not affect the other 23 available quantity types.

Format: HH:MM:SS

Example: For a delivery of 10 packages to a customer, if the unloading time for a single package is 3 minutes, enter 00:03:00 (or 180 seconds) for Loading/Unloading duration per unit for each visit, and set the Quantity 1 value to 10. The total unloading time at the customer site will then be 30 minutes (3 minutes × 10 packages).

This duration depends on the vehicle capacity.
