Fixed duration for each visit

This constraint defines the minimum time specific to the resource that must be spent on loading or unloading operations at any customer location, representing the minimum visit duration at the customer’s premises. Additional time may be added through the following constraints: Loading/Unloading duration per unit for each visit (resources), Visit duration (visits), and Loading/Unloading duration per unit (visits).

Format: HH:MM, HH:MM:SS, or MM

Example: For a delivery, the resource will remain at the customer site for the duration specified in Loading/Unloading duration for each visit, regardless of the quantity delivered. This time may represent fixed operations such as using the vehicle’s tailgate. It is added to the base time spent at the customer location, as defined in the Visit duration constraint.

This duration depends on the vehicle capacity.
