Last Visit date

This constraint specifies how many days ago the last visit was performed before starting the current planning, to ensure the minimum gap between visits is respected.

Format: Negative integer

Note: If the visit frequency has more than one recurrence, this constraint is not applied.

Example:

• Visit frequency: 1/5

• Minimum spacing between visits: 2 days

• Last visit date: -1

In this case, the customer will be visited starting from day 2, because a visit on day 1 would violate the minimum 2-day spacing between visits.
