This constraint specifies the maximum allowed time between the moment a visit is completed and when the resource must return to the depot to perform the drop-off. It ensures that items collected or tasks completed during a visit are brought back to the depot within an acceptable time frame.

Format: HH:MM or HH:MM:SS
