Outsourcing Cost
This constraint allows the user to indicate that an order can be delivered by an external courier service. The optimization engine then decides whether it is more efficient to use this external service or include the order in a standard delivery route. Note that these outsourced visits do not appear in routes or planning. The outsourcing cost is included in the total optimization cost.

These values represent the cost of using an external courier for each customer.
